We have worked within the commercial sector since our company’s inception and are continually evolving our services in line with market requirements. Our work in the residential sector covers all aspects of construction consultancy services including, but not limited to, condition surveys, party wall services, Contract Administration, development monitoring and Employers Agent. Our appointments range from large multi million pound developments and refurbishment schemes to private extensions and alterations.

We have extensive experience within this sector, covering the full range of property type and project requirements. We are involved from inception to completion whether the scheme entails extensions to existing facilities, building refurbishment and / or improvement, sub-division of existing units or feasibility studies for site redevelopment.

Sports and leisure is an expanding sector within ig9 where we have already developed a wide range of experience across a variety of project types. To date we have provided various services on leisure centres, gyms, sports & training facilities, bars, nightclubs, health centres and libraries.

Our experience in education is primarily in relation to individual schemes where high levels of pre-planning and programming are essential to achieve key deliverables.

At ig9 we understand that regeneration and redevelopment can take many forms and involve a number of complex and difficult issues which need to be managed to deliver a successful outcome. We consider it essential to maintain control of key deliverables and to ensure that each strand of delivery is in line with the overall scheme objectives.
