Our Health & Safety advisors are highly experienced and proficient in the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations. They are able to offer advice on the application of the regulations and ensure that clients are fully aware of their obligations.
We act as Principal Designer to assist clients and projects comply with the CDM Regulations 2015. Our service delivery is based upon a detailed understanding of our clients needs and focused on working with the team to develop appropriate and value for money solutions. With ever changing legislation, we are frequently re-assessing our clients needs and adapting to meet them.

As Principal Designers we will;
- Plan, manage, monitor & co-ordinate Health & Safety in the pre-construction phase
- Advise the client in obtaining and collating pre-construction information
- Work with the design team to eliminate foreseeable Health & Safety risks. Where this is not possible, take appropriate steps to reduce or control those risks
- Ensure communication from all parties involved in the pre-construction phase
- Liaise with the Principal Contractor throughout the construction phase
- Prepare the Health & Safety File
